Welcome to Impact Tutoring (also trading as Impact Law Tutoring).

Impact Tutoring is a  private tutoring service in Busines, Law, Legal Studies, and related areas.  The tutoring service is operated by Caterina Crucitti who holds relevant tertiary qualifications and a specialist in this discipline area.  Caterina has more than 30 years teaching experience as a senior  academic as well as public and private sector experience in Business and Law.  Caterina has been the recipient of teaching awards and was a trusted and respected Senior Lecturer at the University of Notre Dame Australia (Fremantle) in the School of Business for 20 years.  Her teaching excellence applied in person will now be applied online to inspire and motivate students to stive for academic excellence and make an Impact!

The Terms and Conditions provided and explained below is the Agreement (Contract) between Impact Tutoring and you, the user of Impact Tutoring’s Services or Learning and Teaching Products and Materials.

You automatically agree to fully accept Impact Tutoring’s, Terms and Conditions below anytime you do any of the follow things: visit Impact Tutoring website or social media pages, purchase services or products from Impact Tutoring , receive free services or products from Impact tutoring or when you become an Impact Tutoring member or subscriber.

Class Cancellation

​

All cancellations need at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you lose your paid-for class. If a teacher cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice, you get a free class. Students need to login to cancel their class in the scheduling system.

Class Length

Each 1-hour online class via Zoom, Video chat includes a 55-minute live conversation class and a 5 minute to recap, create a personalized class report, with more corrections, explanations, best study hints and tips, homework and coaching and mentoring.

Technical Issues

Zoom is extremely reliable to enable provision of classes online during the schedule times.  If you have electricity or technical problems from your side, Impact Tutoring cannot be responsible if you miss a class or part of a class and you cannot request a refund.  For quality control purposes, classes may be recorded (subject to your consent) but are always deleted immediately.

Pricing Conditions

In respect to the provision of tutoring services by Impact Tutoring, please be advised of the following pricing conditions:

• 60-minute classes are 55 minutes of teaching + 5 minutes of class report writing.

• 90-minute classes are 85 minutes of teaching + 5 minutes of class report writing.
  
  

Each editing ticket is for 60 minutes of the Tutor’s time.
Class packages must be used within 5 weeks. Classes unused within 5 weeks will expire.

A 100% refund of unused classes can be made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Scheduling Conditions

Students are responsible to check their scheduled classes in the online scheduling system. Impact Tutoring is not responsible for wrong booking times or dates. Scheduled times in the online scheduling system are in Perth, Western Australia (WST) time zone, day, and time. Impact Tutoring recommends using a time converter.  You can pay for and reserve classes anytime you want 24/7.  You will study and be tutored with the same Tutor (private tuition) at the same time every week. If your Tutor for some unforeseen reason is unavailable on the scheduled time, you can select another time for a makeup class with the Tutor.

Referral Program

You can receive 1 free private online class for each new student you refer to Impact Tutoring.  If you refer a company to Impact Tutoring, you get an initial payment of $100 for the referral to  Impact Tutoring.

Discounts

You can get discounts for regular company classes or for having larger groups, especially from the same company.

Free Services and Products

​

Free life skills and coaching services as well as additional learning materials, e-Books, 1-free class or mentoring session, resume writing, progress reports may be available after completing a certain at least 10 sessions with Impact Tutoring.

Privacy Policy

Impact Tutoring respects your privacy and allows you complete control of your information. Impact Tutoring will not share any of your information with anyone for any reason.
